missingWrote a review on Dec 11helpful staffunpleasant odor
The staff was incredibly accommodating and even helped arrange a trip to view the Northern Lights, which was an unforgettable experience.
The shared bathroom could use some serious attention, as it had a lingering damp smell that made it less pleasant.

The room had a nice view, which was a definite plus during our stay. The equipped kitchen made meal prep easy and convenient after a long day of exploring.
Upon entry, we noticed paint and concrete flaking from the walls, and there was a distinct smell of egg or sewage coming from the shower area. The absence of basic toiletries and barely enough coffee for one day was disappointing. noise from neighboring guests disrupted our sleep, undermining the comfort we were hoping for.

Great location, but needs work!
The place was okay for 4 of us, and we had a nice view from our windows. The sink in the room made things easier for us, but the bathrooms really weren’t the cleanest. The bar area was a cool spot to chill after exploring Reykjavik. Just watch out for those slow draining showers!

this place was simply dreadful! I couldn’t believe there were only two beds in our 4-person room. The staff's English was abysmal, making it impossible to resolve issues. And to top it off, I expected at least a welcome gift for my troubles but, of course, that didn’t happen. absolutely disappointing.

It was just a smart choice for a lightning trip in Reykjavik with extraordinarily good value for money. The check-in process was smooth, and we appreciated the prompt responses from the host despite our late arrival. Make sure to check if your room key is available before arriving to avoid any hassle.
